Wear it Wednesday - Cream colored skirt

A sweet friend of mine gave me the most adorable cream-colored twirly skirt. (Similar to this) I have been searching Pinterest for different ways to wear it. Here are some of my favorites.

1. I love everything about this combo. I would never have thought about pairing it with a light denim or chambray but it absolutely works.

2. A dressier option - almost monochrome with a few pops of color. Red isn't a color I would have immediately paired with it but I like it.

3. I love the contrast between the cream and the black. Just a classic look.

Treasury Tuesday - Country Style

I am considering having a container garden. I don't have a ton of room but I think a small one would work well since there is just myself. I see pictures of the fresh veggies that everyone is growing and I want some too! I guess I'll just add that to the mile-long list of "things I want to do this summer."
